All Tripianto Egypt packages include: hotel accommodation with daily breakfast; a professional, licensed guide; private, air-conditioned transfers throughout the tour; entrance fees to all sites listed in the itinerary; and bottled water on tour days. Packages described as “by flight” include all domestic flights between cities. Nile cruise packages include full board on cruise nights. International flights are not included in any package, but we can assist with recommendations and connections.
7–8 days is the minimum for a meaningful Egypt experience that covers Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan, with a Nile cruise. 10–12 days is the duration most of our travelers prefer — it adds Abu Simbel, a more relaxed pace, and optionally a Red Sea extension. 14 days is ideal for travelers who want to go deeper and add Alexandria, the White Desert, or Sinai. After 20 years of planning Egypt trips, we almost always recommend 10 days as the sweet spot for international travelers.

Most international travelers can obtain an Egypt e-Visa online before travel, or a Visa on Arrival at Cairo, Luxor, and Aswan airports. The process is straightforward and costs approximately $25 USD. Travelers from the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and most European countries are eligible. South African and some other passport holders may need to check current requirements with the Egyptian embassy. We provide full visa guidance to all our clients as part of the pre-trip briefing.
